Let’s be honest, many of us are not ok right now. And that is ok. The year 2020 has been an emotional rollercoaster, with seemingly more downs than ups. With COVID-19 running rampant throughout the world, many of us have been forced to grieve the loss of routines, plans, and unfortunately for some, loved ones. This global pandemic has taught me that the normalcy I longed for was not actually that great to begin with.

Someone has to say this.In case no one has told you, or in case you forgot: You are not just enough, you are MORE than enough.

Grief is a process that comes in stages. There’s no one way to grieve. Be kind to yourself. Allow yourself to feel what you feel in the moment. If you feel like crying, cry. Know that it’s ok to be sad, but you can’t stay there forever.
